RETURN Policy

Woodflower reserves the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud or abuse.

Return Policy

Woodflower products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For products purchased in person, the date starts from the point of sale.  For products purchased online, the date starts from when the products are shipped.

All refunds will be made using the original form of payment. A return cannot be applied in cash for a purchase made with a credit card. A return cannot be applied to a different credit card than the one used for the purchase.

Return exclusions:

• A product that has stains/markings/discolorations, cuts/breaks/damages, or any other changes that occurred after the sale.
• A product that includes any personalization beyond stock images (company logos, names, dates, phrases, etc.)
• A product that has gone through the custom process.

Additional Fees

A restocking charge of 10% of the product price may apply except where prohibited.  The restocking charge will be taxed in select states.  There is no restocking charge if the product is unopened.

Required Documentation

A receipt is required for all returns.
